OPPO has officially announced the OPPO A7 Pro smartphone in China after the A7 Pro Max was introduced last month. Designed with a focus on durability and long battery life, the new device features a massive 10,000mAh battery, comprehensive IP69K dust and water resistance, and a dual 50MP camera system.
Design and Display
The OPPO A7 Pro measures 8.8mm in thickness and weighs 205 grams. It features an IP69K rating, offering high-level protection against dust ingress as well as high-temperature, high-pressure water jets. The device comes in three colorways: Riding the Waves (Blue), Blooming Steps (Pink), and Desert Brown.
On the front, the phone is fitted with a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2372 × 1080. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a peak brightness of 1,400 nits.
Performance and Battery
Under the hood, the A7 Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 MAX processor. It is paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage.
Powering the device is an 8000mAh battery compatible with 45W wired fast charging. Connectivity and port options include Wi-Fi 5 and a USB-C 2.0 interface.
Cameras
For photography, the rear panel houses a 50MP primary camera, while the front display accommodates an 8MP sensor for video calls and selfies.
