LG has launched Q Stylus+ smartphone lineup as successor to last year’s  Stylus 3 in India, soon after the launch of Q7. It was introduced back in June and packs a 6.2-inch FHD+ FullVision Display, is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-core MediaTek SoC, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo), comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. Xiaomi Redmi 6 series smartphones will launch exclusively on Amazon India on September 5

Xiaomi already confirmed that it will launch three new smartphones in the Redmi 6 series in India on September 5th. Now Amazon.in has confirmed that the phones will be available exclusively with them. The teaser shows only two phones, one with a notch and the other without it, so the third phone could be exclusive to Flipkart.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro Red Edition launched in India

Xiaomi has launched the Red color variant of the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone in India, as expected. This joins the Black, Blue, Gold and Rose Gold variants of the smartphone that were launched in the country earlier this year. The Red version has Black finish on the front and Red finish on the back and the sides.

Samsung Portable SSD X5 with up to 2800MBps transfer speed launched in India starting at Rs. 27999

Samsung has launched the Portable SSD X5, its first NVMe 1-based portable solid state drive (SSD) with Thunderbolt 3 support after it was introduced last week. Thunderbolt 3’s 40Gbps bandwidth is up to four times faster than USB 3.13 – the X5 offers a read speed of up to 2,800 MB/s, which is up to 5.2 times faster than the widely used SATA interface portable SSDs and up to 25.5 times faster than external HDDs. It offers fastest maximum write speed of 2,300 MB/s5, enabling users to transfer a 20GB-sized 4K UHD video in just 12 seconds.

Vodafone India, Idea Cellular merger complete; Vodafone Idea Limited becomes country’s biggest telecom operator

Xiaomi has posted a teaser confirming the launch of three new smartphones in the Redmi 6 series – Redmi 6Redmi 6A  and the Redmi 6 Pro. The company already confirmed that it will not launch the Mi A2 Lite in India, so it will be launching the Redmi 6 Pro instead. The event is set for September 5th.
