OnePlus Nord2 5G confirmed to be powered by Dimensity 1200-AI SoC ahead of India launch

OnePlus has finally confirmed that the company’s upcoming Nord2 5G smartphone will use the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, after the rumours from earlier this year and a recent render leak. The company said that this will bring new AI based features to the OnePlus Nord 2 5G to enhance the user experience across various touchpoints. To highlight the new AI capabilities of the chipset, OnePlus and MediaTek are calling it Dimensity 1200-AI, which the companies say will distinguish it from the standard Dimensity 1200. Xiaomi India captures 14% market share in 20k-45k premium smartphone segment

According to a report from Counterpoint Research, Xiaomi has recorded strong growth in the 25K – 45K market segment, capturing a market share of approximately 14%. Leading this growth are three smartphones, namely the Xiaomi Mi 10i, Mi 11X, and Mi 11X Pro.

London-based consumer tech company Nothing already confirmed the launch of its ear (1) TWS earbuds on July 27th. Today it has confirmed that the earbuds will cost US$99 / €99 / £99 depending on the market, but it did not confirm the pricing for the Indian market yet. Airtel Black combines Postpaid, Broadband & DTH under a single connection

Airtel has launched Airtel Black that lets bundle 2 or more of Airtel services (Fiber, DTH, Mobile) together. This entitles the customer to one single bill, one Customer Care number with a dedicated team of relationship managers, and priority resolution of faults and issues, says the company. This doesn’t have any additional costs or installation cost, and  comes with free service visits for life. The company launched a similar plan last year for select circles.
