Lava has launched the Iris 356 and the Iris 402 that went on sale online earlier this month. The Iris 356 has a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). The Lava Iris 402 packs a 4-inch (480 x 800 pixels) display. Micromax launched the A111 Canvas Doodle back in May. It is the company’s first smartphone in the Canvas series to come with a stylus. It has a 5.3-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 MSM8625Q processor similar to the Karbonn S5 Titanium and the Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro. Samsung today announced support for 9 Indian languages for their Galaxy smartphones and tablets. This would let the Samsung smartphone users to access the user interface and content in these languages. The 9 Indian languages include, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Gujarati. These Indian languages will be supported on Galaxy Grand, Galaxy S4 and the Galaxy Tab 3 starting from today. HTC One Dual SIM surfaced on the HTC India website earlier this month. We reported that the smartphone would release in India soon. Now online retailer Flipkart has started selling the smartphone in India. Nokia India has announced Nokia Lumia Smart Buy Back offers on purchase of Lumia 620 and Lumia 520 smartphones.
