Huawei at its London event also introduced the Band 3 Pro, the company’s latest fitness tracker. Porsche Design and Huawei have partnered to introduce PORSCHE DESIGN HUAWEI Mate 20 RS Series luxury smartphone. Huawei today announced its flagship Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro smartphones at an event in London, as it had promised. Both these have OLED DCI-P3 HDR Displays, but the Mate 20 Pro comes with 6.39-inch QHD+ screen with 86.90 screen-to-body ratio, while the Mate 20 comes with a 6.53-inch FHD+ screen with 88.07% screen-to-body ratio. These are powered by Kirin 980 7nm SoC with Dual NPU and run Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.0 on top. The Mate 20 Pro has an in-display fingerprint scanner with 10-level Dynamic Pressure Sensing (DPS) technology and 3D Face Unlock as well as 3D Live Emoji and AI live model that lets you record it moving and dancing on your desk. After certification, Huawei has officially announced the Enjoy Max with similar specifications has a Honor 8X Max that was introduced last month with a 7.12-inch Full HD+ display with narrow bezels and 90.5% screen-to-body ratio, Snapdragon 660, 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, AI scene recognition, 2-megapixel secondary camera to capture depth information in portrait shots, 8-megapixel front camera and a 5000mAh battery, but this comes with a leather-like back.

It has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with a narrow chin and high screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Kirin 710 SoC with 6GB of RAM, and runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.2, similar to the Honor 8X but this has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 2-megapixel secondary camera to capture depth information in portrait shots and a 13-megapixel front camera along with a 2-megapixel front camera for portrait selfies, and both have AI photography features. Huawei is all set to introduce its flagship Mate 20 series of smartphones that includes the Mate 20 Pro with triple rear Leica cameras on October 16. Now the press renders of the smartphone has surfaced in Twilight, Blue and Black colors. The phone is also expected to come in Green color variant. This reveals a large notch, compared to the waterdrop notch on the Mate 20, probably to house sensors for 3D face unlock.

A week after the Huawei ARS-AL00 / ARS-TL00, Huawei JKM-AL00 has been certified by TENAA, which is said to be released as Y9 (2019). This reveals a similar design and specifications as the Honor 8X that was introduced earlier this month. This reveals a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with narrow bezels and 91% screen-to-body ratio, 20-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, AI scene recognition, 2-megapixel secondary camera to capture depth information in portrait shots and 16-megapixel front camera.
Huawei’s Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro flagships are set to launch next month i.e October, while we know the basic hardware and design of the Mate 20 Pro, most of the details are still under the wraps.
