Huawei is all set to introduce its flagship Mate 20 series of smartphones that includes the Mate 20 Pro with triple rear Leica cameras on October 16. Now the press renders of the smartphone has surfaced in Twilight, Blue and Black colors. The phone is also expected to come in Green color variant. This reveals a large notch, compared to the waterdrop notch on the Mate 20, probably to house sensors for 3D face unlock.
In addition to the f/1.8 to f/2.4 aperture cameras, the phone is also said to come with a third wide-angle camera, but it is not clear if the phone will come with a 40-megapixel sensor like the P20 Pro. However, the phone will likely include 5x loss-less zoom.
The phone is said to come with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, powered by the Kirin 980 SoC, run on the EMUI 9 based on Android 9.0 (Pie) and a 4,200mAh battery with support for wireless fast charging. It might also include an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Images of Huawei Freebuds 2 surfaced recently revealing option to charge the Freebuds 2 Pro’s case using the phone itself. We should know more details about the smartphone before the phone goes official next month.
