Apple acknowledges FaceTime bug that lets you hear audio of the other person before they pick up, fix coming in a week

Apparently, a bug on the Apple’s FaceTime lets you call anyone with FaceTime, and immediately hear the audio coming from their phone even before the receiver on the other end has accepted or rejected the incoming call. Apple dismisses over 200 employees from its Project Titan autonomous vehicle group

Apple has laid off 200 employees earlier this week from Project Titan, which is its autonomous vehicle group. Microsoft Office 365 now available via the Apple Mac App Store

Apple has announced that Microsoft Office 365 for the first time is available on the Mac App Store, thus making it easier for Mac users to download Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and the whole suite of Microsoft’s popular apps. Apple hires Samsung’s battery executive Soonho Ahn to lead its work

Apple has hired Soonho Ahn executive from Samsung SDI Co., which is the battery making affiliate of Samsung Electronics Co. This move will help Apple lead its own battery department. Soonho Ahn joined Apple in December as global head of battery developments, after working as a senior vice president at Samsung SDI since 2015, according to his LinkedIn profile. Apple rolls out iOS 12.1.3 with Bug Fixes for HomePod, iPad Pro, CarPlay, Messages and more

Apple has started rolling out minor iOS 12.1.3 update for iPhone and iPad after beta testing for a few weeks. This includes several bug fixes affecting iPad Pro, HomePod, CarPlay, and more. It also finally fixes the issue that could cause  restarts or that could cause Siri to stop listening. It also fixes Audio performance issue when using some third-party apps is improved on iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation) and iPad Pro 11-inch models.
