Google finally announced Pixel smartphone at an event in the US yesterday. We were live at the event and have got our hands on the Pixel smartphone. So let’s take a detailed look at the hardware and specifications of the phone.

Google started rolling out Android 7.0 (Nougat) update for Nexus devices starting from August. HTC and Sony already confirmed list of devices that will get the update, Moto has officially announced the list of smartphones that will get the Android 7.0 update. This includes the Moto Z series, Moto G4 series, new Moto X series and more. Sadly the Moto G (3rd Gen) and even the latest Moto E3 Power is not in the list. It packs a 5.5-inch Quad HD AMOLED display, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor and runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat). It has a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, similar to the Pixel XL. TCL has introduced top-end TCL 950 smartphone and the budget TCL 580 smartphone in China. The 950 is the same BlackBerry DTEK60 that will be unveiled in the coming weeks, but this has a 1080 AMOLED display instead of Quad HD display.
