Samsung has just launched the Galaxy Note 3 Neo in India at the Samsung Forum 2014 in Bali. It went official at the end of last month and packs a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED screen, powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core or a Hexa-Core processor (1.7 GHz Dual Core Cortex A15+ 1.3 GHz Quad Core Cortex A7) and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). Samsung had kicked off 2014 in style by showcasing the new range of Galaxy Note and Tab Pro tablet series at the CES 2014 in Las Vegas. Today, at the Samsung Southwest Asia Forum 2014, they have announced a couple of additions to their tablet lineup. The tablets that are announced in India are the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Neo and Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2.

Samsung Galaxy Core LTE with 4.5-inch qHD display announced
Samsung launched the Galaxy Core in India last year, but the Galaxy Core LTE comes with LTE connectivity, has a larger high-resolution display and a slightly larger battery. It has a 4.5-inch (960 x 540 Pixels) PLS capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). It packs a 5-megapixel Auto Focus rear Camera with LED Flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera, similar to the Galaxy Core, but lacks dual SIM support. Sony Xperia Z1 Compact Review: The Mini we Deserve
In a world where gargantuan phones, as big as tablets, are released regularly, started a trend of “mini” flagships from companies like Samsung and HTC. They were supposed to be just scaled down versions of their popular flagship devices to cater to the market that just doesn’t want huge screens; instead they were scaled down even from the inside. They sported the same design, but a ton of compromises were made otherwise. A lot of companies followed suit with this, with their own “mini” offerings, and so did Sony, but with a twist.
The Xperia Z1 f was first launched in Japan, showing us the first glimpses of what seemed like the perfect “mini” of a flagship. Sensing the potential, Sony undoubtedly went global and announced the Xperia Z1 compact. It was, much like the Z1 f, just a smaller version of the Z1. The internals and the most important USPs of the Z1 were left untouched, hence becoming the “mini” we all yearned for, and deserved. With the burden of being almost the perfect Android replacement for the iPhone, can Sony’s “mini” flagship match the deservedly high expectations? Specifications of the Xperia Z2 Tablet leaked yesterday. Few hours back evleaks has posted the first press render of the upcoming Sony Xperia tablet. This reveals a new Android 4.4 KitKat UI with a new wallpaper. You can also see the huge bezel. A new twitter user GadgetLeaks has posted more images of the tablet that shows off the new White colored variant and magnetic charging pins on the bottom. Last year Sony launched the Xperia Tablet Z, the company’s first 10-inch waterproof tablet. evleaks has just leaked the specifications of the Xperia Z2 Tablet ahead of MWC 2014. The successor would have the same 10.1-inch HD (1920 x 1200 pixels) WUXGA display, but this would be powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor instead of Snapdragon S4 Pro chip. Micromax Splash Durable Smartphone with IP67 certification leaked

LG L Series III smartphones L40, L70 and L90 running Android 4.4 announced
LG has just announced their L Series III smartphone lineup that includes, L40, L70 and L90. These smartphones run on Android 4.4 (KitKat). These have seamless layout, delicate finishing, narrow bezel and refined metallic frame to give premium looks similar to the G Series, says LG. It also has Quick Window cover. LG unveiled the Optimus L3, L5 and the L7 at the MWC 2012 and announced the L Series II smartphones at the MWC 2013 last year.
