Apple just announced the iPhone 6S and the 6S Plus earlier this month, both of which run the new Apple A9 chipset with 64bit architecture. Now, we are already beginning to receive rumors about the next gen Apple A10 processor.
2-in-1s are tailor made for two different scenarios, work and play. Intel and Google have developed a Project Tango smartphone that uses former’s Real Sense 3D camera technology. The company unveiled the Project Tango developer kit for Android smartphones utilizing RealSense at the Intel Developer Forum 2015.

Intel has acquired smart eyemaker Recon Instruments for an undisclosed sum. The Canadian company is known for making popular fitness-centric smart eyewear.
Netbooks have traditionally been slow and clunky. Marketed as the most affordable way to consume the internet, they were too slow and only mildly productive, when in reality they were used purely for consumption due to their powerlessness. Tablets quickly replaced them to become the new Netbook-style consumption device. But tablets aren’t even mildly productive, they’re just not meant to be, because of the lack of a proper input device that required precision. Some companies tried to solve this problem.

Intel has officially announced new fifth generation core processors at the ongoing Computex 2015. The company has “augmented” its lineup with five new desktop processors and five mobile processors that are geared towards media- and graphics-hungry consumers.
Intel is expected to acquire chip maker Altera for $17 billion, as per a report from The New York Times. The report said that, Intel, world’s largest chipmaker would use Altera’s semiconductor designs to expand beyond the market for personal computers.
