It looks like Samsung is not ready to budge and accept defeat in it on-going patent infringement battle with Apple. The South Korean smartphone maker has taken the $548M Apple patent lawsuit all the way to the Supreme Court.
The San Jose federal court has ordered Samsung to pay Apple $548M for infringing company’s smartphone patents. Started in 2011, the patent war is still not over as next year, the court will decide if Apple deserves more damages.

Motorola Mobility has been ordered to pay $10M damages for infringing a Fujifilm patent. The U.S jury claimed that Motorola violated a Fujifilm patent related to converting color images to monochrome in its smartphones.

Apple has been ordered by the Jury to pay $533 million for infringing patents with iTunes, as per a report from Bloomberg. The company was asked to pay for infringing three patents owned by Smartflash, a Texas-based patent licensing company.
