Motorola Mobility has been ordered to pay $10M damages for infringing a Fujifilm patent. The U.S jury claimed that Motorola violated a Fujifilm patent related to converting color images to monochrome in its smartphones.

Motorola announces Q4 2011 earnings, 10.5M phones and 200K tablets shipped


Motorola Mobility has announced their financial Results for the fourth quarter of 2011. They have declared a net loss of $80 million on revenue of $3.4 billion last quarter. They managed to ship 10.5 million mobile devices, including 5.3 million smartphones and 200 thousand tablets in Q4 2011.
