FoneArena presents the LG Arena Review
The LG Arena is the latest full touchscreen multimedia smartphone from LG mobiles.Interesting features include a 5 Megapixel Camera with Flash, DVD Quality video Recording , Dolby Mobile Music, 8 GB inbuilt Memory, DivX Movie Playback. This is just a short review but will try to cover the major areas. We have a Video review at the end of the post just in case you want a quick look !

Most people have discussions over the type of touchscreen. Some say resistive is better while others say capacitive is better. But overall capacitive seems to win.

While we told you Palm Pre is coming soon to India , we are yet to hear from them about the official launch date.The GSM Version certainly does exist as it was spotted at MWC in Barcelona and also in Vietnam. Here are some pics of the CDMA version for now.
The phone is really small and can be used without opening the keypad. But if you need o type , you need to slide out the QWERTY keyboard. The screen is a gorgeous 320×480 pixels
The optical trackpad on the Blackberry 8520 does looks really good and looks like RIM has ditched the trackball for good.Look at the way the person scrolls so seamlessly on the 8520 in the Video below

LG Viewty Smart hits indian shores
LG India just launched the Viewty Smart GC900 in Mumbai today. The phone boasts of a 8 MP Camera with a Powerful LED Flash and a gorgeous capactive WVGA touchscreen display. It sports the S-Class interface which we saw in the Arena already.
Airtel and RIM bring the BlackBerry Curve 8520 Smartphone a.ka. Gemini to India. And whats the most incredible thing about this phone is the price. Blackberry phones are usually known for their expensive price tag. But the Gemini breaks the myth and is priced at Rs.15990. The phone is aimed at youth and consumers looking for messaging / email , social networking , music and entertainment.
We told you few hours back that the Blackberry India is bringing a new handset to India.
Looks like its nothing other than the Blackberry Curve 8520 and Airtel has seemed to tieup with Blackberry
