Microsoft has launched the Nokia Lumia 830, the latest mid-range camera-centric smartphone in India as expected. It was announced at IFA last month and has a 5-inch HD ClearBlack IPS-LCD curved glass display with Super Sensitive Touch for glove and nail usage, powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim update.  It comes with additional 1 Terabyte of cloud storage on OneDrive, free for the first 6 months, thereafter it would cost Rs. 125 per month. LG G3 Stylus gets priced on official website in India at Rs. 21500

LG unveiled the G3 Stylus (D690) with a stylus pen ahead of IFA back in August. The smartphone started rolling out globally few weeks back. Now the smartphone has been listed on the official LG India website. The G3 Stylus has a 5.5-inch qHD display, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). Pebble announces price cuts, $99 for the original and $199 for the Steel

Pebble, the company behind smartwatches with the same name, has announced price cuts for both of its models, alongside a crucial software update that enables continuous activity tracking. The original and the Steel both get a 50$ price cut to $99 and $199 respectively, with the original going back to its initial Kickstarter early bird price tag. With many of the newer Smartwatches selling at much higher prices, Pebble is well positioned to take advantage of the Smartwatch craze and lower the barrier of entry for enthusiasts seeking to try them out.

Pebble takes on fitness bands with continuous activity tracking in a new software update

Pebble’s initial idea of a smartwatch was something with various “smart” functions like a window for notifications, Bluetooth remote controls, animated watch faces and so on, but it was never focused on the fitness activity scene, even when it was clearly capable to do so. Not any more, as the company has just announced the latest software update for both of its Smartwatches that enables continuous fitness activity tracking in the background, which was previous not possible. Yes, there have been fitness apps and services on Pebble before, but it was required that you keep the app running, or use the watchface, but with this update, that’s no longer needed.

Google introduced three Android One smartphones – Spice Dream UNO Mi-498, Micromax Canvas A1 and Karbonn Sparkle V earlier this month. All these have the same specifications and vary only in design. Since all these have a the same 5-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with single LED flash, f/2.8 aperture, 1080p video recording and a 2-megapixel fixed-focus front-facing camera with 720p video recording, we decided to post the camera samples of these smartphones together.
