Lenovo A6000 Plus hands on

Lenovo officially announced A6000 Plus – a bumped up version of A6000 a couple of days ago. Today, we had a chance to play with the device for some time and here’s our hands-on report.

Microsoft readying Lumia 840 to replace now discontinued Lumia 830

Samsung opens new factory to meet Galaxy S6 Edge demand

While the Samsung Galaxy S5 was disappointing both for customers and Samsung alike, the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are doing quite the opposite. Samsung expected it to sell quite well and customers are clearly loving it too as now they’re opening a new factory in order to meet the demand for the S6 Edge.

Back in February we told you that Samsung is aiming to make the Galaxy Tab S2 tablet really thin and that it has set the iPad Air as a benchmark for thickness (or rather lack of it). We just didn’t know how thin it would be and now rumors suggest that the Tab S2 will be just 5.5mm in terms of thickness.

Micromax has launched Canvas Tab P480, the company’s latest tablet with 3G connectivity and voice calling capabilities. It has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) IPS display and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is upgradable to Android 5.0 (Lollipop) similar to its predecessor, the Canvas Tab P 470, but this is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. It has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Motorola launched the Moto 360 smartwatch with leather strap in India back in October last year at Rs. 17,999. Today the company has launched the smartwatch with stainless steel bands in India. Other specifications of the smartwatch are similar, including a 1.5-inch touchscreen display with a 320 x 290 resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass, TI OMAP 3 SoC, 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage.
