Obi Mobiles, backed by John Scully is now Obi Worldphone. It has introduced Obi Worldphone SF1 and SJ1.5, two new smartphones that are designed by San Francisco-based product studio Ammunition. The Obi Worldphone SF1 has a 5-inch 1080p display from JDI, which is slightly raised giving a floating feel, comes with a 4G LTE connectivity (FDD B3 1800 MHz and TDD B40 2300 MHz) and runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with Obi’s own UI on top. Windows 10 now running on more than 75 million devices four weeks after launch

Microsoft launched the Windows 10 on June 29th in 190 countries worldwide. 24 hours after the roll out Microsoft said that it is running on more than 14 million devices, today the company’s Corporate Vice President of Marketing for Windows and Devices, Yusuf Mehdi said that Windows 10 is now running on more than 75 million devices worldwide. Samsung Galaxy Grand On and Mega On specifications surface

Last week SamMobile reported that Samsung is planning introduce new Galaxy O series of smartphones. Now specifications of the Galaxy Grand On (SM-G550) and Galaxy Mega On (SM-G600), upcoming mid-range smartphones have surfaced, thanks to SamMobile again. According to the report, these smartphones will come with HD displays. Yu YUREKA Plus Camera Samples

Yu launched the YUREKA Plus, an upgraded version of the YUREKA smartphone last month, which got a permanent price cut to Rs. 8,999 earlier this month. One of the major improvements in the YUREKA Plus is the smartphone’s 13-megapixel camera, which uses Sony IMX214 sensor, compared to Sony IMX135 sensor in the YUREKA. It has the same 5-megapixel front-facing camera with OmniVision 5648 sensor, 4P lenses and 71-degree wide viewing angle as seen in the YUREKA.
