OnePlus has started rolling out Oxygen OS v2.1.0 OTA update for the OnePlus 2 smartphone, as it promised earlier this month. This update includes manual mode for camera, Exchange support, several improvements and fixes. It also brings RAW support in 3rd party camera apps that support it, but there are some reports of RAW format still not being supported in 3rd party camera apps, and OnePlus says will look into it and provide a follow up soon. Apple announced the watchOS 2 at the WWDC back in June. At the iPhone event earlier this month, Apple said that it will release watchOS 2 on September 16th, along with the iOS 9, but it got delayed due to bugs that was discovered at the last moment. Now it has rolled out the update for the Apple Watch that brings new features such as native support for third-party apps such as News, Weather, Facebook Messenger, GoPro with viewfinder support on Watch, new ‘Time Travel’ feature lets you rotate the digital crown to move forward or backwards in your appointments, Transit option in maps for finding public transportation and several improvements. Lenovo ideacentre Stick 300, the company’s compact PC stick running full Windows is now available in India from the official Lenovo online Store. Lenovo is calling it Stick PC 300 in India. It was announced back in June and is similar to the Intel Compute Stick that will let you transform your TV or monitor with a HDMI port to a full-fledged PC. Apple today announced that iOS 9, its latest operating system for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch that was released on September 16th is now present in more than 50% of iOS devices. Micromax has launched Canvas Spark 2, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the Canvas series. It has a 5-inch FWVGA display, is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has a 5-megapixel fixed-focus camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The first Canvas Spark that was launched back in April has a 4.7-inch qHD display and a 8-megapixel auto focus camera. Uber today announced that it will launch uberPOOL, its ride-sharing service in India soon. This will let users share the ride and the cost with another person who is requesting a ride along a similar route. You will get vehicles that are available on uberX, but this will cost you 50% less than uberX, making it the cheapest Uber. This service was first launched in San Francisco back in August 2014 and later got expanded to Paris, New York, Los Angeles and Austin. Aircel today announced that it will be adding 13000 2G, 3G and 4G sites across India by December 2015. Out of the 13000 sites, 5300 sites are 2G and the remaining 7700 are 3G and 4G sites combined, said the company.
