Samsung has announced three new USB 3.0 Flash Drives (UFD) with Samsung NAND flash technology. These are available in three form factors –  Regular bar type, FIT and DUO and have a high quality metal casing for added durability, and a streamlined ergonomic design making it easy to grip and use. LG introduces Music Flow P5 and SoundPop 360 portable Bluetooth speakers

LG has introduced its new Music Flow P5 (NP5550) and SoundPop 360 (NP7860) portable Bluetooth speakers ahead of IFA. Both these have multi-point connectivity so that you can connect up to three Bluetooth devices at the same time and allows users to simultaneously control the devices and share music. These also have TV Sound Sync feature that allows either speaker to be connected to a Bluetooth-compatible TV and enjoy separated surround sound at home. LG introduced Music Flow P7 (NP7550) Bluetooth speaker earlier this year in Korea.

Google introduces OnHub, a smart Wi-Fi router priced at $200

Misfit introduces Speedo Shine activity, sleep and swim tracker

Misfit has partnered with Speedo to launch Speedo Shine activity, swim, and sleep tracker. It is targeted at swimmers and will track a swimmer’s lap count at industry-leading accuracy for all stroke types using proprietary lap counting algorithms embedded in the device’s firmware track, said the company. It is just 8.6mm thick weighs just 9.4 grams.

Google has expanded its Android One program to Africa. It has partnered with hardware manufacturer Infinix to launch Infinix Hot 2 Android One smartphone in 6 African countries – Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Morocco and Nigeria. LG NUCLUN 2 processor spotted on GeekBench, beats Samsung’s Exynos 7420 SoC
