Nokia Sleep advanced sensor tracks sleep pattern, offers home automation with IFTTT

Nokia that bought digital health firm Withings back in 2016 relaunched health devices under its own brand last year. This week at the CES 2018 it has introduced Nokia Sleep, an advanced sensor that offers personalized sleep analysis and offers smart home control through IFTTT integration. Nokia also said that its Health Mate app will now work with Alexa so users can manage their health and fitness with their voice via an Alexa Skill through Alexa-enabled devices.

Airtel expands mobile network footprint to over 7250 towns and villages with 6500 sites across Gujarat

Airtel today announced that it has archived 6500 mobile broadband sites (4G+3G sites) across Gujarat, expanding the availability of data services to more than 7250 towns and villages in the state. “In the expansion process, Airtel has installed one new 4G site every 90 minutes in the past 6 months to cater to the surge in the high-speed internet needs of the users and to collaborate with the Government’s vision of Digital India,” said the company. Panasonic LUMIX GH5S Mirrorless camera with 4K HDR Video, Dual ISO, improved low-light capture announced

Panasonic has announced the LUMIX GH5S, its latest flagship model under LUMIX G DSLM cameras based on the Micro Four Thirds system standard. This doesn’t have 5-Axis in-body Stabilization that was present in the GH5 that was launched and also uses new 10.2-megapixel Digital Live MOS Sensor with Dual Native ISO Technology and Venus Engine that allows for a maximum 51200 ISO in high-sensitivity recording with minimal noise. It can record Cinema 4K (4096 x 2160 resolution) video at 30 or 60 frames per second and shoot 14-bit RAW files at up to 10 frames per second.

Sony WH-1000XM2 Noise Cancelling Headphones Review

Walk down the business class aisle on any flight and I can guarantee it that you will spot a Bose headset. For good reason too. Bose pioneered, honed and expertly marketed their Quiet Comfort series of headphones as the de-facto standard for weary travelers looking for some quiet and the comfort of their favorite music. In 2016 though, Sony struck out from the blue and announced the MDR-1000X that handily beat Bose’s products and took the mantle of the best noise canceling headphone in the market.
