Apparently, a bug on the Apple’s FaceTime lets you call anyone with FaceTime, and immediately hear the audio coming from their phone even before the receiver on the other end has accepted or rejected the incoming call. Look forward to New Smartphone by OPPO with in-screen fingerprint sensor in India soon

The New series by OPPO will hit the Indian market soon. This time OPPO is bringing in a distinctive series which is catering to a melange of consumers across geographical and economic boundaries. OnePlus 6 and 6T OxygenOS beta update brings landscape quick reply, OnePlus Laboratory for OnePlus 6 and more

OnePlus has released fourth OxygenOS open beta update for the OnePlus 6T and beta 12 for the OnePlus 6 that brings several improvements, including new quick reply support in landscape mode so that you can reply to new messages when you receive a message from WhatsApp or other landscape apps. The update also improves Gaming mode, brings screenshot optimizations and adds OnePlus Laboratory to the OnePlus 6 which lets you enable new Smart Boost feature that improves app and game loading times by optimizing the RAM.

Samsung Galaxy M20 Unboxing and First Impressions

The new M series from Samsung is all about addressing the needs of the Indian market. Our demographic is such that Samsung has decided to launch this series here first, starting with the M10 and the M20. We’d seen the first impressions of the Galaxy M10, now it’s the Galaxy M20’s turn. This device, at a great starting price of Rs. 10,990 (3/32) and Rs. 12,990 (4/64), aims to compete in the most hotly contested smartphone segment in our country. I was lucky enough to test the device just before launch and here are my first impressions.

Samsung Galaxy M10 Unboxing and First Impressions

Samsung has been teasing the new M series on social media for a while now. It is a global series of devices that is launching first in India, and is specifically “Made for India”. Well the soft launch has happened today and we have two new devices in the market, the Galaxy M10 and the Galaxy M20. These devices are entirely focused on the mid range segment, which is the most hotly contested in India, no doubt. Aimed at “Millennials”, which I think is a code-word for high-demand expectations when it comes to value for money, how well do these devices cater? I’ve been lucky enough to try them before launch. At Rs. 7,990 (2/16) and Rs. 8,990 (3/32), the Galaxy M10 is the cheaper of the two, here are my first impressions.

Samsung Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 with infinity-V display, dual rear cameras launched in India starting at Rs. 7990

Samsung just launched Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 smartphones, the company’s latest smartphones in the new ‘M Series’ in India, as it had promised. The Galaxy M20 comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ infinity-V display and is powered by the latest Exynos 7904 octa-core 14nm processor, while Galaxy M10 has a 6.2-inch HD+ infinity-V display and is powered by Exynos 7870 14nm octa-core processor. Both come with Widevine L1 certification for seamless streaming of HD content through popular apps. These run Android 8.1 (Oreo) with  Samsung Experience version 9.5 UX.

JioRail app lets JioPhone, JioPhone 2 users book train tickets, check PNR status and more

Reliance Jio has launched JioRail app for JioPhone and JioPhone 2 users on the JioStore. The app lets you book or cancel train tickets, view train ticket history and also check PNR status. The app has minimal options, unlike the Android version of the app, and requires you to login using 4G or sign-in using your Jio account for verification.

Realme C1 (2019) with 6.2-inch HD+ display, dual rear cameras, 32GB storage, 4230mAh battery launched in India starting at Rs. 7499

Realme has launched the C1 2019, the company’s latest budget smartphone in India, after teasing it last week. It has a 6.2-inch HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with a notch, 2.05mm ultra narrow bezel, and 88.8% screen-to-body ratio. The company says that the screen bezel is further narrowed by 16%, the phone to achieve this high screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by Snapdragon 450 with up to 2GB of RAM, runs ColorOS 5.1 based on Android 8.1 (Oreo), has a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a secondary 2-megapixel camera for portrait shots and a 5-megapixel front camera.

Google Android Q might block background clipboard reads, bring support for downgrading apps, new fonts, icon shapes and more

It is well known that Android can read your clipboard even if you don’t grant them runtime permission to do so. The reason why Android apps need to read the clipboard is that they can’t accept any text from the clipboard without it, meaning you can’t paste any text that you’ve copied.
