ACT launched its Gigabit broadband services in Chennai this week. It has also upgraded its plans for users as well at no extra cost, in just 3 months after the last upgrade. In most plans speeds have also been upgraded. ACT Fibernet’s Retail 1999 plan now comes with 250Mbps speed up from 200Mbps even though the 2TB FUP remains the same.

ACT Fibernet has revised its plans for its customers in Hyderabad, in just 7 months of last upgrade. It upgraded plans for Bengaluru users last month. ACT Fibernet’s premium 1 Gbps plan now offers 2TB (download+upload) of FUP, but the company has removed 1TB upload and 1TB download limit. In Bengaluru city, the same ACT Giga plan is now offering 2.5TB FUP for the users. Alongside the ACT Giga plan, it has also upgraded FTTH plans in Hyderabad. Now it has finally doubled monthly data limit without additional cost. After Andhra Pradesh, ACT Fibernet has revised its plans for its customers in Hyderabad, in just 6 months of last upgrade . It gets upgraded in both speed and FUP limit at same cost, but it is not double (that combines both upload and download) like AP, Chennai and other cities. It recently launched 150 Mbps plans first time in the city, and all the existing 100Mbps plans have been upgraded to 150Mbps plans. Other plans have also been upgraded in both speed and FUP at no additional cost. Speed after FUP in these plans remain the same.
