Realme 6i with Helio G80, 48MP quad rear cameras, 5000mAh battery to be announced on March 17

After rumors, Realme has confirmed that the realme 6i, successor of the realme 5i will be introduced in Myanmar on March 17th. The company has confirmed 48MP quad rear cameras for the phone. It also said that this will be the world’s first phone with MediaTek Helio G80 processor, which is a slight upgrade to the MediaTek Helio G70 12nm SoC that was introduced on the realme C3 last month. Motorola razr with 6.2-inch flexible OLED 21:9 CinemaVision display launching in India on Flipkart on March 16

After teasers Motorola has confirmed the launch of its razr foldable phone in India on March 16th on Flipkart. It was introduced back in November last year, and comes with a 6.2-inch flexible OLED 21:9 CinemaVision screen that closes completely in half, thanks to hinge mechanism that allows the phone to close with both sides perfectly flush. The touchscreen Quick View external display lets you respond to notifications, take selfies, play your music, use Google Assistant, and more without having to flip open your phone. Nubia RedMagic 5G with 6.65-inch FHD+ 144Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 865, up to 16GB RAM announced

ZTE’s nubia brand just announced the RedMagic 5G, the company’s latest flagship smartphone as it had promised. It packs a 6.65-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, follow-up response time of 14.9ms, a sliding response time of 45ms, and a click response time of 32.2ms. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 865 with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, comes with new L-shaped cooling pipe and new Active Liquid-Cooling with Turbo Fan 3.0 is 200% cooler from previous RedMagic phones and has increased the air flow volume by 30% and also features multilayer thermal graphite. OnePlus to invest $30 million to scale up 5G research and development labs

Yesterday OnePlus confirmed that its next flagship series will come with 5G support. Today it has announced that it will invest almost US$ 30 million to scale up 5G research and development labs, showcasing its commitment to bringing 5G technology to more users worldwide. Xiaomi’s Redmi brand just launched Redmi Note 9 Pro and Note 9 Pro Max, two new smartphones as a successor of last year’s Redmi Note 8 Pro in India, as it had promised. These phones have a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection and are powered by the latest Snapdragon 720G 8nm SoC. The Redmi Note 9 Pro features a 48-megapixel primary rear camera with Samsung GM2 Sensor, while the Note 9 Pro Max comes with a 64-megapixel camera with Samsung GW1 sensor. Other cameras are similar that includes an 8-megapixel 120° ultra-wide angle lens, 5-megapixel 2cm macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is a 32-megapixel camera on the front in Note 9 Pro Max and the Note 9 Pro has a 16-megapixel camera. HMD Global confirms Android 10 (Q) update for range of Nokia smartphones [Update: Change in schedule due to Coronavirus]

Update: After rolling out Android 10 update to  Nokia 8.1, Nokia 9 PureView, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 6.1 Plus, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 6.1 from October to January, HMD Global has announced change in schedule for the roll out of Android 10 for remaining phones due to Coronavirus. Other phones that are supposed to get Android 10 within Q1 2020 has been pushed to Q2.
