China Unicom today announced that they have now sold more than 100,000 units of iPhone in China since it launched on October 30th 2009. After a very poor start, the iPhone sales seems to have now picked up. Nokia today announced that it has joined forces with New Alliance, an investment company which is part of the Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd, to form a 50/50 joint venture company which is designed to offer a range of mobile services in China and support the local developer ecosystem.
