OnePlus just launched its flagship OnePlus 3 smartphone priced at Rs. 27,999. We already brought you the unboxing and hands-on, here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. It is powered by a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit 14nm processor that has two custom Kryo cores clocked at 2.15GHz per core and two smaller Kryo cores are clocked at 1.59GHz per core. It has 624 MHz Adreno 530 GPU, 6GB LPDDR4 RAM, has a 5.5-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED display and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Oxygen OS 3.0. Check out the synthetic benchmark scores. OnePlus just launched its flagship OnePlus 3 smartphone globally, including India at its VR event. It has a 5.5-inch 1080 Optic AMOLED display and 0.75mm slim bezels on the sides and also has 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a 2.15GHz quad-core Snapdragon 820 SoC and runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) with Oxygen OS 3.0.2. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) for quick focus in 0.2 seconds, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), RAW image support, manual mode and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

Airtel launches Open Network microsite for customers to check network coverage/signal strength

Airtel announced network transformation program – Project Leap last year, aimed at improving network quality. Later it launched a microsite so that all the customers can see the network coverage for voice, basic data services (2G) and high speed data services (3G/ 4G) in their regions. Today it has launched open network microsite under Project Leap that will allow customers to check if the Airtel mobile network in an area is excellent, good, moderate or non-existent, along with the status of corresponding sites serving the area – existing, required, being upgraded or forcibly shut down. It has a ruggedised magnesium alloy body and is shock resistant that can withstand drop from 120cm and is also dust and water resistant with IP65 ratings. It has a 10.1-inch WUXGA display, is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom x5-Z8550 Processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with support for Android for work. It has a fanless design, is 16.4mm and weighs 880g.

Microsoft to buy LinkedIn for $26.2 billion

Lenovo today launched Yoga Tab 3 Pro, with built-in 70-inch projector and four front-facing JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos surround sound technology. The Indian variant also has 4G LTE support, 32GB of internal storage along with a microSD expansion slot.

OnePlus 3 imported to India ahead of launch, hints at pricing

OnePlus is all set to launch the flagship OnePlus 3 smartphone in an online VR event tomorrow. The company already confirmed that the phone go on sale in the country without invites, exclusively through Amazon.in from Wednesday, June 15 at 12:30 AM IST. It has already started importing the phone from Hong Kong into India, according to Zauba listing. So far it has imported 24,480 units of the smartphone in Graphite color to Chennai, each priced of Rs. 22,858.
