After several rumors, Google has announced on event on October 4th to unveil its next-generation Pixel smartphones, even though earlier rumor said it would be October 5th. Huawei RNE-AL00 with 5.9-inch Full HD+ 18:9 full screen display with minimal bezels and dual front and rear cameras got certified by TENAA earlier this week. Now the company has sent out invites for the announcement of the phone in China on September 22nd, which will be  Maimang 6, successor of last year’s Maimang 5. @evleaks has also posted press shots of the phone.

ASUS has launched Zenfone 4 Selfie and  Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro smartphones in India. The Zenfone 4 Selfie comes in a single front camera version, in addition to dual front-facing camera version. All the phones have unibody designs, fingerprint sensor on the front and run Android Nougat. The company already promised to offer Android 8.0 (Oreo) update for its Zenfone 3 and Zenfone 4 series. Specifications of HTC Ocean Life, upcoming mid-range smartphone surfaced back in July. Now the same HTC tipster LlabTooFeR has shared that the phone will also be released under Android One program. He also said that the phone will lose most of the HTC apps and run stock Android 8.0 (Oreo) with Sense 9.0_A1, but it will have EdgeSense, USonic, Zoe and HTC Camera. Apple iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus certification reveals smaller battery

Apple unveiled iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, the company’s next-generation iPhones earlier this week. Apple doesn’t mentions battery capacity for the iPhones on its site, and we usually find those details later on certification sites or in teardowns. Now both the phones have been certified by TENAA in China revealing smaller battery capacities compared to predecessors, even though the new ones have become heavier and slightly thicker, probably due to glass back and other new materials. InFocus today launched two new smartphones – Turbo 5 Plus and Snap 4 in India. The Turbo 5 Plus is a bigger version of the Turbo 5 that has 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual rear cameras and a larger 5.5-inch display. The Snap 4, as the name indicates comes with four cameras, 8-megapixel dual rear cameras on the front and a 13-megapixel rear camera with 80-degree wide angle lens and a 8-megapixel secondary camera with 120-degree wide angle lens. Xiaomi India has posted a new teaser for the launch of a new product in India with an exciting partnership. It says Hop, Run, Flex that are fitness activities. Manu Jain, Vice President and Managing Director, Xiaomi India tweeted that something special is about to launch in India also posted an image of him standing with someone who’s image has been blurred.
