ASUS just launched the Zenfone Max Pro M1, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone as it had promised. It has a 5.99-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by Snapdragon 636 SoC with up to 6GB RAM, runs stock Android 8.1 (Oreo), has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera to capture the depth information for portrait shots and a 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash. Xiaomi Redmi S2 with 5.99-inch 18:9 display, dual rear cameras, Android 8.1 gets certified

After details of the Xiaomi S2 surfaced  in firmware files, the phone has been certified by TENAA in China as expected. It has model number M1803E6E, features a  5.99-inch HD+ 18:9 display, is powered by Snapdragon 625, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo), has a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a secondary 5-megapixel rear camera. Even though the firmware revealed it will have a 5-megapixel front camera, the certification site reveals a 16-megapixel front camera. It is said to have face unlock. Vivo has silently launched Y53i, a year after the Y53 with the same specifications including 5-inch qHD display, Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 SoC with 2GB RAM, Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Funtouch OS 3.0 on top, 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 5-megapixel front-facing camera and screen flash as well as face unlock.

Xiaomi Mi 6X 6GB RAM, 128GB storage version confirmed, retail box reveals Snapdragon 660 and no headphone jack

Xiaomi is all set to introduce the Mi 6X smartphone in a couple of days. It already confirmed 20-megapixel cameras on the front and back and also said that it will come in Blue, Pink, Red, Black and Gold colors. It also confirmed that it will have 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version, in addition to 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version. Meizu HALO Bluetooth headset with glowing laser light and POP Bluetooth water-resistant earbuds announced

Meizu along with the 15 series smartphones also introduced its new Halo headset, which is a Bluetooth in-ear headset with built-in laser light in the cable that can flash with the music beat. It uses OSRAM laser diode so the brightness is 5x more compared to traditional LED, says Meizu. It also has CORNING custom side-emitting glass fiber, so the brightness is thorough and uniform. It also has customized app to adjust laser brightness, switch mode and other functions.

Meizu 15 and 15 Plus with Super AMOLED displays, 12MP + 20MP dual rear cameras and Meizu 15 Lite announced

Meizu just announced 15, 15 Plus and 15 Lite smartphones at an event in China, as it had promised. The Meizu 15 has a 5.46-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display from Samsung with 1.175mm ultra-narrow frame and the 15 Plus has a 5.95-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display from Samsung with 84.4% screen-to-body ratio. LG G7 ThinQ said to feature dedicated Google Assistant button

LG is all set to introduce the G7 ThinQ smartphone on May 2nd. We know most of the specifications of the smartphone and even know how the phone will look like. Now a new report says that the phone will come with a dedicated Google Assistant button. A recent render just showed a power button on the right side, but the Google Assistant button will be on the left side of the phone, according to the report.

Nokia 7 Plus Camera Samples

HMD Global launched the Nokia 7 Plus smartphone in India earlier this month, and the pre-bookings for the phone started today. We already brought you the unboxing of the smartphone, here we have the camera samples from the phone. The Nokia 7 Plus packs a 12-megapixel primary rear camera with f/1.75 aperture, 1.4µm pixel size with ZEISS optics, dual-tone LED flash along with a 13-megapixel secondary camera with telephoto lens, 1.0µm pixel size, f/2.6 aperture with ZEISS optics to capture the depth information for portrait shots and also offers 2X loss-less zoom. It also has a 16-megapixel camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture and ZEISS optics.
