Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition gets 12GB RAM + 512GB Storage version

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand introduced the Redmi K30 Pro 5G smartphone in China last month in normal and zoom edition with the latter featuring 30x digital zoom. Today the company has 12GB (LPDDR5 RAM) + 512GB (UFS 3.1) storage version of the zoom edition at 4499 yuan (US$ 634 / Rs. 49,060 approx.) making it the top-end version in the K30 Pro series. Xiaomi starts rolling out PatchWall 3.0 with enhanced UI, dedicated sports channel, new content partners to Mi TVs in India

Xiaomi today announced the roll out of PatchWall 3.0, the latest version of Mi TV’s UI. This will offer deeper integration with Disney+ Hotstar and addition of new content partners, Mi List along with other UI enhancements. Cleaner animations, a new Mi Lanting Pro font, horizontal scrolling are some of the key features and improvements in PatchWall 3.0, said the company. Airtel Home combines billing for Broadband, DTH and Postpaid services into one at a discounted price

Airtel has launched new Home Plan that lets you combine your existing Airtel postpaid, Airtel Broadband connection and Airtel DTH connection under one bill and get several benefits including discounts. If you have one postpaid connection, Broadband or DTH, you can combine them, but a postpaid connection is compulsory. It was rolled out way back in 2018 in Hyderabad as a beta. Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Buds ‘Bean’ true wireless earbuds surface

Samsung introduced Galaxy Buds+ (SM-R175) with improved sound, triple microphones, and up to 11 hours battery life in February along with the S20 series, but there was no change in the design compared to the first Galaxy Buds, but the company is now said to be gearing up to introduce  new Truly wireless earphones  codenamed “Bean” with the model number SM-R180, and the design resembles that of a bean. OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro latest OxygenOS stable update brings March security patch, slow-mo video improvements and more

After rolling out beta update last month OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 10.0.9 [10.3.2 in India] for 7T, OxygenOS 10.0.8 [10.3.2 in India] for the OnePlus 7T Pro that brings March Android security patch, improved RAM management, stability improvements for recording videos in slow-mo and some fixes in Gallery. The OxygenOS 10.0.5 [10.3.2 in India] for the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 was rolled out earlier this week brining the same features.

Xiaomi introduces Mi AirDots Pro 2s with Bluetooth 5.0, wireless charging case with up to 24h battery life

Xiaomi at its China event also introduced the Mi AirDots Pro 2s, which is an upgraded version of the Mi AirDots Pro 2 that was introduced last year. This has the same design and comes with Bluetooth 5.0, LDHC Hi-Res audio codec, smart voice controls, dual microphones for environmental noise cancellation (ENC), 14.2mm drivers and automatically connects with the phone running MIUI when you open the case and pick up the earphones, but the company says that it has improved dual Bluetooth chip so that the latency between the headsets and the interference are reduced offering more stable connection. Xiaomi just announced Mi Kids Watch 4, the company’s latest smartwatch for Kids in the Mi Ecosystem in China. It has a 1.78-inch AMOLED touch screen with support for several watch faces, has support for eSIM for 4G VoLTE calling through all the major operators in China such as China Telecom and China Unicom, has built-in GPS and comes with front and rear cameras so that Kids can make video calls and also reveal the other person on the front in the call. Motorola has introduced G8 Power Lite, the company’s latest smartphone in the G8 series. Cloudflare releases 1.1.1.1 for Families to block malware and adult content

Back in 2018 Cloudflare announced 1.1.1.1; the privacy-first consumer DNS service to speed up your internet connection and help keep it private, later it launched its Android and iOS apps. Today it has released 1.1.1.1 for Families. As the name says, the new DNS resolver is for home networks to protect your devices from security threats and block adult content from being accessed by their kids.
