After the K50G was introduced last month, Redmi today confirmed the launch of other phones in the Redmi K50 series in China on March 17th. The K50G was launched with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, and the other K50 and K50 Pro models should be powered by Dimensity 8100 and Dimensity 9000 SoCs, depending on the model. The phone has a 6.67″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED DotDisplay with a 16MP camera inside the punch-hole, is powered by MediaTek Helio G96 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM, and has liquid cooling. HMD Global introduced the company’s flagship Nokia 9 PureView camera-centric smartphone at the MWC back in 2019. Even though it didn’t launch a flagship phone after that, there were rumours of a successor coming out in 2021, but it didn’t happen. Apple today introduced its new iPad Air (5th Gen) at its online event, as expected. It features the same 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display, integrated Touch ID sensor in the top button, but this replaces the A14 Bionic 5nm Chip in the predecessor with the Apple M1 chip, same as the iPad Pro and also adds 5G option, compared to 4G in the predecessor. Apple just announced the new iPhone SE, the company’s latest smaller iPhone, as expected. The successor to the older iPhone SE that was introduced back in 2020 comes with a 4.7-inch HD Retain screen with Haptic Touch and still retains the Touch ID fingerprint sensor below the display. However, this replaces the A13 Bionic with the A15 Bionic and also adds 5G support. Samsung just launched the Galaxy F23 5G, the company’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone in the F series, after teasing it recently. The successor to last year’s Galaxy F22 packs a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD Infinity-V display with 120Hz refresh rate, compared to the last year’s F22 4G model with a 6.4-inch 90Hz AMOLED display. This also has a faster Snapdragon 750G SoC with up to 6GB of RAM, RAM Plus feature and power cool technology to keep the temperature low. After releasing developer preview and beta versions of Android 12L, Google has officially released the Android 12L for the Pixel phones. After rumours, Samsung has officially introduced the Galaxy M33 5G and M23 5G smartphones as well as Galaxy A13 4G phone in Spain. The company also listed the Galaxy A23 4G phone on its site. All these have a 6.6-inch FHD+ screen and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Both new M Series devices have a 120Hz refresh rate screens, and the A series features a 90Hz screen.
