Apple launched the new iPhone SE (2022) in India last month in several markets worldwide, including India. The successor to the 2020 model retain the same display and the design, but it has the latest A15 Bionic chip that it present in its flagship iPhone 13 series, and also comes with a slightly bigger battery .

Apple just announced the new iPhone SE, the company’s latest smaller iPhone, as expected. The successor to the older iPhone SE that was introduced back in 2020 comes with a 4.7-inch HD Retain screen with Haptic Touch and still retains the Touch ID fingerprint sensor below the display. However, this replaces the A13 Bionic with the A15 Bionic and also adds 5G support. We just have few more hours for Apple to introduce its new products at its ‘Peek Performance’ Spring event. Earlier rumours revealed that Apple will introduce the iPhone SE 3 with 5G support, and A15 Bionic chip, but it will retain the same design as the SE 2 with a Touch ID sensor embedded into the Home Button. Apple’s iPhone SE 3 has been in the news for quite some time now. According to Mark Gurman on Bloomberg’s Power On newsletter, Apple is gearing up its first virtual event of 2022 in March or April. At the event, the company’s is planning to introduce the new iPhone SE model along with other devices such as new 27-inch iMac and high-end Mac mini models with M1 Pro and M1 Max chips.
