Airtel has launched its 4G LTE services in Salem, Tamil Nadu, after it launched it in Chennai, Pondicherry, Vellore, Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore, Tirupur & Tirunelveli. Airtel launched 4G services in 296 towns across India in August. Airtel 4G is available to customers across mobile phones, dongles, 4G hotspots and Wi-Fi dongles in the city. Reliance Jio expected to launch 4G in select areas by Dec 28, pan-India roll out in Q2 2016: report

Reliance Jio Infocomm, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) already said that it plans to launch commercial 4G around December. Now a new report from Bank of America Merrill Lynch says that it expects a small scale launch of Reliance Jio Infocomm’s 4G services by the end of December in select areas, especially in Mumbai, according to ET. We already brought you the unboxing of the smartphone, here we have its battery test results. The Lenovo Vibe P1m packs a 4000mAh built-in battery. It also has quick charge function that can rapidly charge the phone’s battery fully in just 2 hours and 40 minutes when using the bundled quick charger. It has a 5-inch HD screen, is powered by a Quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Lenovo’s own Vibe UI on top.
