ASUS Pegasus 5000, the company’s latest smartphone in the Pegasus series has gone official in China, after it got certified by TENAA last month. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display, is powered by a 1.3GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Zen UI, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Vodafone has started offering 4G-ready SIM cards in Delhi & NCR region through Vodafone stores, ahead of 4G roll out in the circle. It will be based on 1800MHz FDD-LTE band 3, which the company acquired last year. Back in October last year it promised to roll out 4G services in Delhi/NCR region by December, but it got delayed. Samsung has launched its new Gear VR Powered by Oculus at an event in India, as expected. It is compatible with Samsung Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge smartphones, is 22% lighter than previous Gear VR Innovator Edition and has an improved touchpad that provides easier control to access films, gaming, 360 degree video and experiential content available for Gear VR. Teewe creator CREO (formerly Mango Man) today announced that it has secured $3 million (Rs. 20.4 crores approximately) funding from Sequoia Capital, Beenext Ventures and India Quotient. It said that it will be creating Android-based operating system and a smartphone that will be launched later this year. It launched its second generation Teewe 2 media streaming stick last year. Panasonic recently introduced Lumix DMC-CM10, it’s latest camera running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) in Japan. It also has 4G LTE support, but you can’t make calls, unlike the Lumix CM1 Android smartphone that was introduced back in 2014. It has a 1-inch 20.1-megapixel CMOS sensor, F2.8 LEICA DC ELMARIT, 10.2 mm (35 mm-format equivalent: 28mm) lens, manual focus ring, up to 4X EX optical zoom, 4K video recording, RAW image capture and LED flash. It has Moto ShatterShield, the world’s first shatterproof display, packs a 5.4-inch Quad HD AMOLED screen, is powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor, runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) and has a 3760mAh battery.

It was announced back in October last year and packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display with slim bezel, which is just 74.2mm wide, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 SoC and runs on Android Lollipop based on EUI 5.5.
