Motorola posted Android 6.0 update release notes for the Moto G (2nd Gen) earlier this week. Today Motorola’s Senior Director of Software Product Management, David Schuster announced that Motorola has started Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) soak test for the 2014 Moto G (2nd Gen) and 2014 Moto G (2nd Gen) 4G in Brazil and India. ASUS Pegasus 5000, the company’s latest smartphone in the Pegasus series has gone official in China, after it got certified by TENAA last month. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display, is powered by a 1.3GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Zen UI, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Vodafone offering 4G-ready SIMs in Delhi ahead of 4G roll out

Vodafone has started offering 4G-ready SIM cards in Delhi & NCR region through Vodafone stores, ahead of 4G roll out in the circle. It will be based on 1800MHz FDD-LTE band 3, which the company acquired last year. Back in October last year it promised to roll out 4G services in Delhi/NCR region by December, but it got delayed. Teewe creator CREO raises $3 million funding, to launch Android-based OS and smartphone

Teewe creator CREO (formerly Mango Man) today announced that it has secured $3 million (Rs. 20.4 crores approximately) funding from Sequoia Capital, Beenext Ventures and India Quotient. It said that it will be creating Android-based operating system and a smartphone that will be launched later this year. It launched its second generation Teewe 2 media streaming stick last year. It also has 4G LTE support, but you can’t make calls, unlike the Lumix CM1 Android smartphone that was introduced back in 2014. It has a 1-inch 20.1-megapixel CMOS sensor, F2.8 LEICA DC ELMARIT, 10.2 mm (35 mm-format equivalent: 28mm) lens, manual focus ring, up to 4X EX optical zoom, 4K video recording, RAW image capture and LED flash. It has a 4.7-inch 1080p display and is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor.
