Samsung has just announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, two new tablets in the Galaxy Tab S series at the Galaxy Premier 2014 event, as expected. These have 8.4-inch and 10.5-inch Super AMOLED displays at high WQXGA resolution and similar internals with Exynos 5 Octa or Snapdragon 800 Processors. These run on Android 4.4 (KitKat) and have Adaptive Display that automatically adjusts gamma, saturation, and sharpness based on the application being viewed, the color temperature of the viewing environment and ambient lighting. LG G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1 to roll out in starting this week

LG unveiled the G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1 in the G Pad series last month. Today the Korean company has announced that it would begin rolling out these tablets globally, starting from the G Pad 7.0 in Europe this week. It has also detailed the specifications of all these tablets, since display size was revealed at the announcement. These run on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with new flat user interface. Samsung is all set to launch their new tablets at the Galaxy Premier 2014 event in less than 24 hours. @evleaks leaked the press images of both the Tab S 8.4 and Tab S 10.5 few weeks back. Today @evleaks has leaked complete specifications of both these tablets. According to the leak, both these tablets would come with  8.4-inch and 10.5-inch WQXGA displays, respectively. These would come in Exynos5422 octa-core or Snapdragon 800 variants and also in LTE variant. Check out the leaked specifications below. Samsung reportedly working on a foldable tablet that will launch next year

Samsung is reportedly developing a foldable tablet that allegedly be launched in 2015. The tablet can be folded twice to turn into a size of a smartphone, according a report from a Korean Media. Samsung also showcased a bendable tablet at the Mobile World Congress, and back in 2012, Samsung filed for a patent which tells us about a potential foldable tablet.

This has almost similar specifications as the new Fonepad 7 (FE375CG) , but this has a 8-inch (1280 x 800) HD IPS display, compared to the 7-inch HD display on the Fonepad 7. Asus unveiled an upgraded version of the Fonepad 7  (FE375CG) earlier this week at Computex 2014 in Taipei. We got to check out the tablet at the event show floor earlier this week. The first Fonepad 7 had a dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor and the Fonepad 7 Dual SIM that was launched in India had a dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor, but this one has a faster quad-core Intel Atom Z3560 processor. At the Computex 2014 event held in Taipei, Asus announced successors to the MeMO Pad 7 and MeMO Pad 8. The Asus MeMO Pad 7 wasn’t much of an update, but the MeMO Pad 8 was updated with a better Full HD display and internal specifications overhaul. We managed to get our hands on both the updated Asus MeMO Pad 7 and Asus MeMO Pad 8 and we shot a photo gallery comparing the two MeMO Pads.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 (SM-T331) and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 (SM-T531) that were unveiled back in April are now listed on official Samsung India eStore. Both these tablets have 8.0-inch and 10.1-inch WXGA displays with 16:10 screen ratio, powered by 1.2 quad-core processors and run on Android 4.4 (KitKat). Intel unveils ultra-thin Llama Mountain prototype tablet cum laptop

Intel showcased world’s first 14nm fanless mobile PC reference design at the ongoing Computex 2014 in Taipei. Dubbed as Llama Mountain, the tablet is based on the company’s upcoming Broadwell processor and is runs on Windows 8.1.
