Dell introduced new Dell Venue 7 and Venue 8 tablets running Android 4.4 (KitKat) back in June. Now these tablets are available in India from official Dell website. The Venue 7 has a 7-inch HD (1280×800) display, powered by a dual-core Intel Atom (Z3460) processor, while the Venue 8 comes with a 8 inch full-HD (1920×1200) display and a dual-core Intel Atom (Z3480). Both the tablets have 1 GB RAM with 16GB inbuilt storage that can be expanded upto 64GB via microSD slot. Google Nexus 9 India Prices Revealed on Play Store, coming soon

In case you are looking forward to buying the latest Nexus tablet from Google in India, we have some good news to share. We just spotted the Google Nexus 9 as coming soon on the India Play Store and the price for the 16GB Wi-Fi only version is listed as Rs.28900 which is a good deal considering the US pricing is $399 but taxes and shipping will bring the price to roughly about Rs.27000 and duties could end up making it even costlier.  It seems like the 32GB Wi-Fi only version will not be coming to India. The Google Nexus 9 is made my HTC and packs a 8.9 inch display and is powered by a Nvidia Tegra K1 chip and runs on the latest version of Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Apple iPad mini 3 with Touch ID official, starts at $399

Apple just unveiled the iPad mini 3 with Retina iPad along with the iPad Air 2 as expected.It has the same 7.9 inch Retina Display with 2048×1536 resolution seen on last year’s iPad mini with Retina Display and the same Apple A7 processor with M7 motion co-processor, but this has a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, similar to the iPad Air 2. Google announces HTC-made Nexus 9 with a 4:3 8.9″ screen and Tegra K1

Looks like Google is finally going head-on with Apple in the tablet space, with the just announced Nexus 9 in partnership with HTC. The Nexus 9 comes with a 4:3 aspect ratio screen, unlike all the previous Nexus tablets and hence becomes a legitimate competitor to the iPad mini. Designed in collaboration with HTC, the Nexus 9 features a soft touch back and a metallic frame, lending a premium look and feel for the device. The 8.9″ 2048×1536 screen is supported by the 64-bit Tegra K1 Processor that accompanies the monstrous Kepler GPU. This combination reminds us of the recently launched Xiaomi MiPad that has a similar screen aspect ratio and specifications.

Sharp to debut 7 inch tablet with MEMS and IGZO display technology in 2015
