Noise, popular for its wearables has launched NoiseFit Evolve, the company’s first watch with an AMOLED screen. It has a classic, round form factor and comes with fitness features, smart notifications, music and camera control, right from your wrist. The AMOLED screen lets you read easily in direct sunlight, according to Noise. The company says that it has connected GPS, so it looks like the watch will require phone for GPS co-ordinates for activities like running. It weighs just 43 grams, and has Anodized aluminium and plastic body with thermoplastic polyurethane strap that is removable. Fitbit has announced a lot of new things including a FitbitOS 4.1 update, heart rate tracking for the Versa 2 and added more content and tools for Fitbit Premium. The company, who was recently bought by Google for 2.1 Billion dollars, is bringing a bunch of features like a new Agenda app, new clock face switcher, smart wake and more to its smartwatches.
Fossil, the company that is known for its watch lineup has announced its new Hybrid HR smartwatch which was spotted back in September on a new platform. It comes after the launch of Fossil Gen 5 smartwatch and this Hybrid HR comes with a full round read-out display, integrated heart rate sensor, rapid charging, and more.
Xiaomi just announced Mi watch, the company’s first smartwatch in the Mi Ecosystem in China, as it had promised. It has a 1.78-inch AMOLED touch screen with support for over 100 watch faces, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 with 1GB of RAM, runs Wear OS with MIUI for Watch on top with over 40 apps and has support for eSIM for 4G VoLTE calling through all the major operators in China such as China Telecom and China Unicom. In a world full of modern gadgets that is supposed to get us more productive, we have become rather more comfortable. As a consequence, we have failed to realize that this human body adds fat if it becomes too comfortable. From being active to sedentary, in spite of reduced physical activity, we certainly did not reduce or think about our daily food intake. This is where activity trackers come in, to remind you that technology is really supposed to get us more productive. The watch always reminded us to be more productive, now there are smartwatches, so we can be more productive AND healthier (smarter) at the same time.
Motorola launched its circular Moto 360 Gen 1 smartwatch back in 2015 and launched Moto 360 Gen 2. in 2016. But, the company exited the smartwatch market in 2016 citing not much interest in wearable devices back then. After 3 years now, Moto 360 third-generation has been officially announced through a new company called eBuyNow.

Samsung has announced Galaxy Watch Active2, the company’s latest smartwatch and successor of Galaxy Watch Active in India. It comes only in 44mm model in India with 1.4-inch curved Super AMOLED screen with rotating touch bezel that turns both clockwise and counter-clockwise to advance screens so you can easily select favorite apps. It can manually track more than 39 workouts with seven of them automatically activated—including running, walking, cycling, swimming, rowing machine, elliptical machine and dynamic workouts.
