After announcing it during Nokia World 2010, the Nokia C7 gathered a lot of fans, thanks to its slim profile, elegant looks and impressive features. However, I have to admit that I wasn’t charmed personally. So when I got the first C7 in my hands, the Charcoal Black one, I was anxious to see how the press release picture would translate into a real device, and it simply left me annoyed. The whole device looked like a black rock that has been squished and smoothed, or a Nokia E66 (which I like) that has been thinned by a rolling pin (which I don’t). Plus, the all-black look was so bland with no charm and no character. It’s safe to say that I wasn’t a fan.
But as luck has it, I got to exchange my review unit and the second one ended up being the Frosty Metal version of the C7. And boy does a simple color change make a difference! I love the “white” C7, absolutely love it. It’s classy in all the right ways, and the silver/white mix gives it an incredible icy cool feel. The photo gallery here is to share with you all the beauty of this awesomely crafted device.

Here is the FoneArena Motorola Milestone XT720 Review
At a time when Motorola was dying, a device they introduced brought back life into the company. The device was the MILESTONE or the DROID as it’s known in the USA. Motorola found this the perfect opportunity to get maximum sales and so they released a number of Android devices many of which included the MILESTONE/DROID badge such as the MILESTONE/DROID 2, DROID X/EXTREME/SHADOW and the MILESTONE XT720 which we are reviewing today.

It’s only one year ago when I got gifted my 8GB iPod Touch 3rd generation and started discovering and enjoying the world of iOS and that ever-growing AppStore with thousands of cool apps and games. I was hooked almost instantly and used it extensively for a while, then all of a sudden, it started gathering dust in my drawer for a couple of months, and I was back in my old Symbian routine, using a Nokia E72 and N97 Mini. That was until I decided to take the iPod Touch back again, jailbreak it because I felt I was missing an opportunity there, and with multitasking enabled, we became the “bestest” of friends and stayed that way ever since. Lately, I’ve even been using it more and more, relying on it for all my Music and Gaming needs, for my RSS feeds with Reeder, for all my medical apps needs, and a lot of other functions too. Needless to say, those 8GB filled up pretty fast and I was battling the free MBs at least once or twice a week.
That was until the new generation of iPod Touch was announced, and the 32GB one was presented at a relatively affordable price, with all the novelties inside. I couldn’t help but cave in. And I’m pretty excited to say that I’ve been a happy happy camper ever since.

LG might have lost a lot of market share in the smartphone segment but that’s not stopping them from innovating. They launched the Optimus GT540 which was a pretty decent Android phone at an attractive price point . Back in September the company announced the Optimus Chic and One which come with the latest version of Android – FroYo 2.2 . That seems to have done a lot of good to the company as it announced that it has sold over 1 million Optimus One handsets since launch in USA, Europe and Asia. That’s a great feat for the Korean handset maker and we present you a Photo Gallery of the LG Optimus One aka P500. Continue reading “LG Optimus One Photo Gallery”

We had the chance to compare the Apple iPad with the Samsung Galaxy Tab. While the iPad has a metallic body , the Galaxy Tab has a plastic one.
