Dell has launched 2 new Android phones in India the XCD28 and the XCD35 both running on Android 2.1 Operating System. Here are some pics of the XCD28 which is cheaper of the two and currently available in the market.
The phone packs a 2.8 inch display and a 3.2MP camera on the back. The display is resistive and the phone packs a stylus due to the same.
The phone supports 3G , WiFi , Bluetooth. On the multimedia front it supports Video and Audio playback along with FM Radio.
Below the screen you would find the home , menu and back keys along with a raised call and hangup buttons.

The handset is priced at Rs.10990 and is available for around Rs.10500 in the retail channel. It comes with 1 year Advanced Exchange Warranty from Dell India.
