Sony SmartWatch 3 up for pre-order in the US for $249.99, shipping October-end

Sony introduced the SmartWatch 3, the company’s first Android Wear-powered smartwatch at the IFA last month. At the announcement Sony just said that it would go on sale later in Autumn 2014 without any price tag. Now the company started taking pre-orders for the smartwatch  at Verizon Wireless in the U.S, which would ship by October 30th. It is priced at $249.99 ( Rs. 15,299 approx.). LG G Watch R to roll out globally starting from November

LG G Watch R rolled out in Korea last week, today the company has announced that it would roll out in Europe starting from November.  It was unveiled ahead of IFA and has a 1.3-inch (320 x 320 pixels) P-OLED Display, powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and is based on Android Wear platform. LG NUCLUN Octa-Core processor announced, debuts in G3 Screen smartphone

LG just announced NUCLUN (pronounced NOO-klun), the company’s first SoC targeted at high-end smartphone. It is an Octa-Core processor with four 1.5GHz cores ARM Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A7 cores. It is based on ARM big.LITTLE technology for better multitasking capabilities and even has  LTE-A Cat.6 support  for maximum download speeds of up to 225Mbps. Dell introduced new Dell Venue 7 and Venue 8 tablets running Android 4.4 (KitKat) back in June. Now these tablets are available in India from official Dell website. The Venue 7 has a 7-inch HD (1280×800) display, powered by a dual-core Intel Atom (Z3460) processor, while the Venue 8 comes with a 8 inch full-HD (1920×1200) display and a dual-core Intel Atom (Z3480). Both the tablets have 1 GB RAM with 16GB inbuilt storage that can be expanded upto 64GB via microSD slot. Uber slashes fares in Mumbai by 25% and uberX rates in Bangalore by 45% for a limited period

After the 25% price cut for both Uber Black and uberX in Delhi, Uber has slashed rates for both these in Mumbai too by 25%. When Uber expanded to Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and Kolkata, it slashed prices on both UberBLACK and uberX by 25% in Bangalore for a limited period. Today Uber has reduced uberX price by an additional 20%, so totally now users in Bangalore get 45% off on uberX fares. Rovio’s RETRY game released for Android and global iOS users

Angry Birds creator Rovio released a new game called RETRY, an 8-bit game similar to the Flappy Bird back in May for limited iOS users. Now the game is available for iOS users globally and is also available for Android users. In this game you fly through treacherous obstacles, and earn stars to unlock new levels. Xiaomi migrating user data from China to international servers

In a bid to boost global expansion, Xiaomi is migrating international user data outside of China. Data belonging to the privately owned company’s non-Chinese users will be moved in several phases to Amazon Inc servers in the United States and data centres in Singapore.
