Samsung Galaxy Note9 supports up to 1TB storage with inbuilt 512GB storage and an additional 512GB support via microSD card. However, there’s no 512GB microSD card from Samsung, up until now anyway. OnePlus 6T with 6.41-inch FHD+ AMOLED 19.5:9 display, 8GB RAM, in-display fingerprint sensor announced starting at $549

OnePlus just announced its flagship OnePlus 6T smartphone at an event in New York, as it had promised. It has a larger 6.41-inch Optic AMOLED display with a tiny notch that also houses three-in-one ambient/distance/RGB sensor and front-facing camera. It has about 86% screen-to-body ratio and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. It is powered by Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with up to 8GB of RAM, same as the OnePlus 6, but the base version of the 6T now comes with 128GB storage, instead of 64GB. It still has daily water-resistance so that the phone can withsand splashes and accidental spills, but it doesn’t have IP ratings. Honor View 10 EMUI 9.0 Android 9.0 Pie beta update starts rolling out in India

Huawei introduced EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9.0 (Pie) at the IFA 2018 last month. Earlier this month the company said that EMUI 9.0 will bring local language support, local calendar, deeper integration of Paytm, and more for India users. It also said that EMUI 9.0 will rolling out in beta for Huawei Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, P20, P20 Pro, Honor 10, Honor View 10, and Honor Play soon. Qualcomm says Apple still owes $7 billion in device royalty payments

Qualcomm Inc. in its ongoing federal dispute with Apple on October 26th, in a San Diego federal court, said that the Cupertino company is $7 billion behind in patent royalty payments to the mobile chip firm. While this claim doesn’t mean that Apple owes Qualcomm that much, but reveals the scale of fines in the legal dispute. Android Oreo adoption rate climbs to 21.5%, Nougat is now on 28.2% devices

Google is out with the latest Android distribution numbers for the month of October. The Oreo adoption rate is now at 21.5% compared to 19.2% in September. This includes both Android 8.0 and 8.1. OPPO completes first 5G Internet access on a customized R15, will be one of the first to launch 5G smartphones in 2019

OPPO has announced that it has successfully completed 5G Internet access for the first time on a mobile phone, and said that it has laid a solid foundation for commercially launching 5G phones next year. This was announced by Brain Shen, OPPO Global Vice President and President of China Business Department on Sina Weibo on October 27th.
