Apple is likely to introduce the iPad Pro 2018 at an event which might happen later this month. The Cupertino giant is said to be testing the new models internally over the past few months. What’s interesting about the new iPad Pro models is that the new models appear to have the same display resolutions as the latest 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch models. Update: The iOS 12 beta 5 further hints that the new iPad Pro will have a display with rounded corners.
According to KGI Analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, the upcoming iPad Pro models that will be launched in 2018 are expected to come with the TrueDepth camera and Face ID unlocking technology which debuted with the iPhone X. Talking to investors, he said that he believes that Apple might include the TrueDepth camera to the iPad Pro line-up to boost the user experience that’s consistent with the iPhone X.
