The page has several hints about the phone such as “On for a New Way To Shop?”, “On for a Superior Performance?” and “On for a Stunning New Look?” without revealing the name of the smartphone, but this reveals it will be an ‘On series’ smartphone, so it could be On5 or On7 2017 model.

Reliance Jio to acquire RCOM’s wireless infrastructure assets

Reliance Jio today announced signing of definitive agreement for the acquisition of specified assets of Reliance Communications (RCOM) and its affiliates that includes Wireless Spectrum, Tower, Fiber and Media Convergence Node (MCN) assets as a part of RCOM’s debt reduction. This will contribute significantly to the large scale roll-out of wireless and Fiber to Home and Enterprise services by RJIL.

Paytm first payments app in India to cross 100 million downloads on Google Play Store

Paytm has announced that its app has crossed 100 million downloads on Google Play Store in the second week of December 2017.  This makes it India’s first first payments app to cross the 100 million downloads mark. It crossed 50 million milestone back in November 2016, so it took over a year to reach another 50 million mark. Airtel, Freecharge and MobiKwik are at still at 10 million downloads in the Play Store.
