Nokia N86 8MP Coming to the USA with a price tag of $558

After the worldwide launch of the Nokia N86 8MP – the first 8 megapixel from Nokia is going to be available in USA soon.This handset has won the award for the best imaging phone award for 2009 from TIPA

HTC Hero Unboxing Pictures and Video

The folks over at Android Community have managed to get their hands on the HTC Hero Android Phone which features the HTC Sense Technology . It’s also the first android phone to support Adobe Flash out of the box ! The Hero is runs the cupcake 1.5 version of the Android OS but it’s got a customized UI.

Samsung Mobiles aiming for 20 percent market share in India , bringing 7 new models

Samsung which is very much a household brand name in Asia is striving hard to increase its market share in India according to a PTI report. Samsung Mobiles which was once having a very minor share of the handset market in India now has a share of about 10-15% according to country head of Samsung India , Sunil Dutt. Its interesting to note that Sunil was part of the top brass in Nokia India a couple of years back. Good news for Samsung fans, the company plans to launch over 7 new models in India in July and August including the hugely awaited Omnia HD

The company has a lot of handsets in the low end segment but in the high-end there was nothing impressive so far. Looks like it wants to change this myth

Blackberry Storm Preview

The Blackberry Storm just arrived in our test labs today. The BB 9500 a.ka. Storm is the first ever full touchscreen Blackberry device.

No QWERTY keyboard like the other blackberries but it’s got SurePress technology so that you can use the screen alone. The display is gorgeous and we are drooling at it already.

Since we have got a lot of requests from users to review Blackberry phones you can expect to see lots of posts on the 9500 Storm and 8900 Javelin. Here is a short preview of the Storm.

The phone is a touchscreen phone with it’s screen dominating the full front of the device. The device isn’t flat and is in the shape on an arc. The rear side of the device has some good patterns that give better grip on the device and also an interesting Google logo. The device appears to be built mostly out of glass and metal. Nokia E75 vs N82 Image Gallery

Many people have been wondering about the size of the Nokia E75, worrying that it’s too big or that it doesn’t easily fit in a pocket. In order to set things straight, here is a small picture gallery comparing it to everyone’s favorite cameraphone Nseries, the Nokia N82. From the images, you can notice how well built the E75 is, how small it is, especially in terms of thickness compared to the N82, and how pocketable its form factor is.

Many of my friends have taken a look at the E75 and told me that they would love to own one, as it looks like a usual phone, but when you slide open the keypad, you get all the qwerty goodness and all the power inside. I have to say that I agree with them.
