Microsoft just announced the Lumia 640 XL, a larger variant of the Lumia 640 smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 in Barcelona. It has a 5.7-inch HD display, comes with a 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, but this is powered by the same quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Windows Phone 8.1.  It also comes in single SIM or dual SIM 4G and 3G variants. It has a 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels), is powered by a quad-core Intel Bay Trail T CR processor and runs on Windows 8.1 with Bing. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It also comes with one-year subscription to Office 365.
