A day after Nokia introduced its N1 tablet, Jolla has announced the Jolla Tablet with a similar 2048 x 1536 display. Jolla has taken Indiegogo route for crowdfunding to develop the tablet. In terms of specifications, the Jolla tablet has a 7.89-inch (2048 × 1536 pixels) display at 330 ppi, powered by a 1.8GHz quad-core Intel Atom processor and runs on Jolla Sailfish OS 2.0. Micromax has announced its new YU online brand and its partnership for Cyanogen Inc., makers of the Cyanogen OS after several rumors. It would unveil new YU devices running new OS developed by Cyanogen based on Android, in India this December. These devices would only be sold online, said the company. Nokia launched the Z Launcher for Android in Beta back in June earlier this year and it has received several updated in the past few months after the launch. Today at the Slush technology conference in Helsinki, Nokia Technologies’s Head of Products Sebastian Nyström launched the Nokia N1 tablet and also announced that the Nokia Z Launcher Beta is available from Google Play Store. Nokia just announced Nokia N1, the company’s first Android tablet through brand-licensing agreement with the OEM partner. It has aluminium unibody build, has a 7.9-inch (2048 × 1536 pixels) display at 326 ppi with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, similar to the Xiaomi Mi Pad, powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor and runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with Nokia Z Launcher on the top, but it is not clear if this would have Google Play. Huawei launched the Honor Holly budget smartphone in India recently. We brought you the photo gallery and the battery test results of the smartphone last week, here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. The Honor Holly is powered a quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with four ARM Cortex A7 CPUs clocked at 1.3GHz per core and has Mali 400 GPU.
