Sony Xperia Z series Android 5.0 Lollipop roll out starting globally from Feb 2015

Soon after the Android 5.0 (Lollipop) announcement from Google, Sony Mobile confirmed that it will update the entire Xperia Z series of smartphones and tablets to Android Lollipop. Volkswagon to bring infotainment system with CarPlay and Android Auto

Kodak has announced IM5, the company’s latest Android smartphone built by Bullitt Group, as promised at the CES, but it is not a camera-centric smartphone and has only 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. HTC Desire 826 with 5.5-inch 1080p display, Android 5.0 announced

HTC has unveiled the Desire 826, the company’s latest phablet at the CES 2015 as expected. It has the 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display, compared to HD display on Desire 816 and Desire 820, but this is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor ( four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz per core and four clocked at 1.0 GHz) and has Adreno 405 GPU, similar to the Desire 820. Lenovo steps into wearables with VIBE Band VB10

Lenovo is the latest manufacture to get into the wearable sector. The Chinese manufacture has officially announced its latest product – VIBE Band VB 10 at its dedicated press event at the on-going Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

Lenovo introduces Vibe X2 Pro limited edition smartphone

Along with the P90, Lenovo has also introduced a Vibe X2 Pro limited edition smartphone at its press conference in Las Vegas. The Lenovo Vibe X2 Pro is based on the layered design of the X2 and comes with a metal body.

Lenovo P90 with 5.5-inch display goes official

Lenovo’s biggest event has always been the Consumer Electronics Show and it’s not any different this year either. The company has introduced P90, which is its first smartphone to be powered by the newest 64-bit Intel Atom Z3560 processor.

ASUS unveils ZenFone 2 – features 64 bit Intel processor and 4GB of RAM

ASUS has taken wraps of its latest ZenFone 2 smartphone at its dedicated CES 2015 event in Las Vegas. The company’s chairman also announced that they are now shipping over 1.5 million ZenFone smartphones a month.
