After teasing the phone, Moto has finally sent out invites for the launch of its Moto G5S Plus smartphone in India on August 29th exclusively on Amazon.in. It was introduced earlier this month and has 13-megapixel dual rear cameras with selective focus mode for portraits, adding blurred background effect, selective black and white coloring, replace background mode and more and an improved 8-megapixel front camera with flash.

Vivo just sent out invites for the launch V7+, its upcoming smartphone in the ‘V series’ and the successor of last year’s V5 Plus in India on September 7th in India. The invite says Get Ready to Capture Clear Shot Clear Moment and also says that Redefine the selfie experience with the revolutionary selfie camera that reveals that it will be a selfie-focused smartphone, similar to the predecessor. It also shows minimal bezels, but we have to wait to find out how the original phone is.

Micromax has launched Canvas Infinity, the company’s latest smartphone in the Canvas series, as it had promised. It has a 5.7-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass screen with 18:9 aspect ratio and minimal bezels offering 83% screen-to-body ratio, which the company calls Full Vision. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 425 Mobile Platform, runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) that is upgradable to Android 8.0 (Oreo), has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera that also has an LED flash. After Delhi and Chennai, ACT Fibernet has revised its plans for its customers in Vizag, Vijayawada, Nellore, Tirupati, Eluru, and Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. Similar to Chennai, it has increased monthly data limit, which now combines both download and upload, but the speed is same. OnePlus launched the OnePlus 5 smartphone in India back in June in Slate Gray 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version and Midnight Black 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version. Earlier this month it launched the Soft Gold Limited Edition version of the smartphone in India with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. Today it has launched the Slate Gray 8GB RAM with 128GB version in the country exclusively on Amazon.in priced at Rs. 37,999, same as the Midnight Black version. Coolpad just launched Cool Play 6, the company’s latest smartphone at an event in Dubai, as it had promised. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 653 with 6GB RAM and runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat). The company has promised to offer Android 8.0 update by December 2017. It has dual 13-megapixel rear cameras with dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Chinese ODM Topwise Communication has launched Comio C1, S1 and P1 smartphones in the country, as it had promised. All these phones run Android 7.0 (Nougat) and have 4G VoLTE support. The S1 has a slim metal unibody design and the P1 packs a 5000mAh battery. Both these have a fingerprint sensor. The company has signed Yami Gautam as its brand ambassador. ASUS today launched ZenFone Zoom S smartphone in India with a dual rear cameras. It went on sale in the U.S. back in May as Zenfone 3 Zoom and packs a 12MP primary camera with IMX362 1/2.55″ sensor with large 1.4µm pixels, f/1.7-aperture, 25mm wide-angle main lens along with a dedicated 59mm, 12MP zoom camera with an 2.3x true optical zoom and 12x of total zoom.
