HTC, in partnership with Tata Docomo launched the Desire VC, Dual SIM (GSM + CDMA) phone earlier this month. Now Tata Docomo has announced details about the double talk time and free data offers for the phone. They offer 2GB free data per month for 1 year and double talk time (Rs.398) for 3 billing cycles for post-paid users with the new Diet 199 plan. New Pre-paid users would get Double Talk time on select recharges for 180 days and 1 GB of free data per month for 6 months. Existing users get 1 GB of free data per month for 6 months. Micromax has officially launched the Funbook Pro that went on sale last month. It has 10.1-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) display and is powered by 1.2 GHz Cortex A8 processor. It has 0.3MP VGA front-facing camera and 3G support via Tata Docomo Photon+ Dongle. In addition to their previous partners Everonn, Pearson and Vinti, they have now partnered with McGraw Hill for interactive study materials for students from class 1 to 12 that is available for purchase on micro SD cards separately. Saholic.com, popular online retailer in India has launched Buy Online, Pickup In Store facility for its customers in Delhi NCR region. This would let the customers order a phone or any other products from Saholic website and select offline pick up from Shipping page, and pay for the product. You also have option to choose a nearby store and the In Store Payment option, other than online payment, that lets you pay the amount at the store when you pickup. This facility is popular in the U.S. from leading stores such as Macy’s,Walmart and BestBuy.
