Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro low headphone volume issue fix starts rolling out

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 Pro in India on 14th February, and released the OTA for enabling face unlock in last week of February. Earlier this week we came across posts on Mi Community in which users reported the Low sound output from headphones issue for the newly launched Redmi Note 5 Pro. Moderators on Mi Community India responded to these posts and asked users to provide buglogs for the issue. Xiaomi quickly addressed the issue and started rolling out a bug fix update this evening. Xiaomi Berlin with unannounced Snapdragon 632 surfaces in benchmarks

Xiaomi is about the launch the Mi MIX 2s in a couple of weeks and now an unknown mid-range Xiaomi phone codenamed ‘Berlin’ has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmark revealing very little about the smartphone. Xiaomi surpasses Samsung in the largest smartphone market in India in Q4 2017: CMR

Xiaomi has surpassed Samsung in the largest smartphone market in India in the Q4 2017 to become the number one brand, according to a report from Cybermedia Research. Xiaomi outshined Samsung in Maharashtra which alone amounted to 13.7% of the sales during the last quarter of 2017. According to CMR, Xiaomi sold over 31.2% of the Smartphones during the period compared to Samsung which sold 15.3%. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S with Snapdragon 845 to be announced on March 27 [Update: In Shanghai]

Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S wireless charging support revealed in firmware, live image reveals dual rear cameras

Last week Xiaomi confirmed that it will introduce the Mi MIX 2S powered by Snapdragon 845 on March 27th. XDA recently uncovered some of the specifications of the phone. Now they have revealed more features of the phone, including support for Qi wireless charging, making it the first Xiaomi smartphone with the feature.

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphones in India last month, which went on sale exclusively on Flipkart as well as Mi.com from February 22nd, and the company said that over 3 lakh units sold out within minutes. Even though Redmi Note 5 was available for few minutes after the sale opened, Redmi Note 5 Pro goes out of stock in seconds. Xiaomi introduced 43-inch and 49-inch 1080p, 55-inch and 65-inch 4K HDR TVs and the cheapest 32-inch smart TV in the Mi TV 4A series last year. In January it introduced a new 50-inch 4K HDR TV in the 4A. Today it has announced a new 40-inch Full HD TV in the series in China, ahead of the launch the Mi TV 4A series in India next week. Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphones in four color variants in India on 14th February. The smartphone duo went on sale for the first time in India on 22nd February and company claims to have sold over 3 lakh units under 3 minutes followed by a 2nd sale on 28th February, but only Black and Gold variants were available in both sales. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro Camera Samples

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone in India last month along with the Redmi Note 5. We recently brought you the  first impressions of the smartphone, here we have the camera samples from the phone. The Redmi Note 5 Pro has a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX486 sensor, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture and large 1.25μm pixel size. It has a secondary 5-megapixel camera with Samsung sensor, 1.12μm pixel size and f/2.0 aperture camera to capture the depth information. It also comes with LED flash. It has a 20-megapixel front-facing camera with Sony IMX376 sensor, f/2.2 aperture, LED flash and 1080p video recording. Xiaomi Mi TV 4A Smart TV price surface on official site ahead of India launch, could start at Rs. 12999

Xiaomi just teased the launch of new Mi TV series in India. We expected it to be Mi TV 4, now a temporary listing on the official Xiaomi site has revealed that the 32-inch Mi TV 4 is coming to India and it also reveals the price as Rs. 12,999, which is possible since it about the same in India.
