OnePlus just announced the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition at an event in UK, as it had promised. The main hightlight of the smartphone is 10GB RAM and 30 watt Warp Charge 30, OnePlus’ new charging standard that promises 50% charge in just 20 minutes of charge for a day’s use. That company has used new Integrated Circuits in both the charger and the phone, as well as finely tuned power management software without generating excessive heat. OnePlus to launch first commercial 5G smartphone powered by Snapdragon 855 in Europe with EE in 2019

OnePlus 6T has a smarter camera with Google Lens powered by AI

OnePlus unveiled  its most expected OnePlus 6T smartphone couple of weeks back. In addition to several new camera features such as Nightscape for the best night shots and Studio lighting that uses face detection for the best portraits, the OnePlus 6T also comes with Google Lens built right into the camera app. Google Lens can not only detect an object, but it can also understand what it detects and offer actions based on what it sees. Google Lens can be accessed from ‘More’ option in the camera app.

OnePlus 6 OxygenOS Beta update brings OnePlus Roaming, Video Enhancer and more

OnePlus has rolled out new Open Beta 7 for the OnePlus 6 the brings several new features including new OnePlus Roaming feature that allows users to use internet without a SIM card, somewhat like virual SIM. However, this doesn’t work for calls. OnePlus says that this will work globally in most of the countries/regions, and it will list out the plans available for the country/regions you are in so that you can purchase a suitable plan and access the Internet without a SIM. This is similar to Mi Roaming feature that was introduced by Xiaomi few years back.
