Exclusive : LG Optimus Vu coming to India later this year

LG India today confirmed to FoneArena at the LG Bloggers Meet today that the Optimus Vu is indeed coming to India later this year. The Optimus Vu is a 5-inch phone from LG which puts it in the same league as the Samsung Galaxy Note. The screen is one of the main highlights of the device and it packs a 1024x768px resolution. The phone packs 32GB of inbuilt storage and utilizes a microSIM card slot. It also comes with a capacitive stylus.

LG Optimus 4X HD launched in India for Rs. 34990


LG has launched the Optimus 4X HD, their first quad-core Tegra 3 handset in India. It was announced at MWC 2012 earlier this February. It has 4.7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) True HD IPS display with 313 PPI and is powered by 1.5GHz Quad-core Tegra 3 processor. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and has an 8MP auto focus camera with LED Flash support, 1.3MP secondary camera. It is just 8.9mm thick. LG Optimus L5 launched in India for Rs. 13199

 LG has launched the Optimus L5 in India from the L-Style series of phones that was unveiled at MWC 2012 . Other L-Style series of phones, Optimus L3 went on sale in India in May and the Optimus L7 was officially launched in June. LG has officially launched the Optimus L3 in India today. The Optimus L5 lies between L3 and L7 that has 4.0-inch (320×480 pixels) Capacitive Touch screen display and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich with Optimus UI 3.0. Hands-on with LG Optimus L5 In India

 

LG Mobile is being quite aggressive this year when it comes to launching attractive Android smartphones running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. LG Mobile has announced three international models running on ICS apart from a few Gingerbread running devices at MWC 2012. LG Optimus 3D Max Unboxing

Here is the FoneArena unboxing of the LG Optimus 3D Max which has been launched in India recently . The Optimus 3D Max is a much improved version of the original Optimus 3D phone which was bulky. LG A290 Triple SIM phone now available in India for Rs. 4100

LG A290, the company’s first Triple SIM phone that was announced earlier this February is now available in India. It has Triple Standby and has Hard Key to switch between SIM cards. It has 2.2-inch (176 x 220 pixels) 262K Colour TFT LCD display and has 1.3MP CMOS fixed focus camera with 4x digital zoom and Video Recording at 15 fps. It lets you watch full-length movies in various languages, latest movie trailers, News, Bollywood entertainment, pre recorded cartoons and more over Wi-Fi, 2G or a 3G connection. LG Optimus L3 E405 Dual SIM smartphone announced

LG has announced the Optimus L3 Dual E405, Dual SIM version of the Optimus L3. LG showcased the Optimus L3 and other L-Style series of smartphones at MWC 2012 earlier this February and the Optimus L3 went on sale in India last month. LG Optimus 4X HD Unboxing

Here we have the first quad core phone from LG and it is the LG Optimus 4X HD which is powered by a 1.5 GHz Quadcore NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and packs an 4.7 inch IPS display. The phone has been launched in some countries in Europe   .  We have managed to get our hands on the White edition.The first thing you notice once your power on the phone is the awesome IPS screen which produces crisp images.

LG launches Quick Voice intelligent voice recognition service for Optimus phones in Korea

LG has launched Quick Voice, their own intelligent voice recognition to compete with Apple’s Siri and Samsung S Voice. This voice recognition app would let the users call contacts, on the address book, set alarm, set appointments on the calendar and open apps. It would also let you open maps to view directions, check weather forecasts, stocks, open YouTube videos and perform web search all using voice commands. LG Optimus L5 launching in Europe this month, will come with Dual SIM and NFC in certain markets

LG has announced that the LG Optimus L5, their mid-range phone in the L-Series that was announced at MWC 2012 would be available in Europe starting this month. It has also announced that the phone would come with dual SIM capabilities in certain markets such as Asia, CIS, Middle East, Central and South America and NFC “Tag & Play “support in Europe and North America for Mobile payment and sharing.
