HTC has launched the Desire 820G+ dual sim, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in India. It has a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display, is powered by a Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 SoC and runs on Android with Sense UI. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front-facing camera and dual-front-facing BoomSound speakers, similar to last year’s Desire 820. If you remember well, a report that came out last month stated that HTC’s One M9 shipments were 43% lower than their One M8 shipments during the same timeframe last year. HTC have been having a lot of trouble recently both in terms of their devices as well as financial woes. So it is high time that they introduce a brand new device that fixes all the shortcomings of the One M9 and tries to solve their financial issues as well. That is where the HTC Aero fits in.

HTC is now rolling out the update to Android Lollipop 5.1.1 for the HTC One M9 Developer Edition. The download is available as an OTA (over-the-air) update and is around 794.32MB in size.

A new report states that the number of HTC One M9 shipments are lower than the number of One M8 shipments. Shipments of the One M9 are expected to be 43.75 percent lower than the One M8 managed after its first three months since launch.

HTC has launched the One ME dual sim in India. It was announced in China earlier this month and packs a 5.2-inch Quad HD screen, is powered by a 2.2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) 64-bit processor and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC Sense UI on top. It has a fingerprint sensor on the home button. It has multi-directional touch-based sensors that lets you place your finger on the sensor in any direction to unlock your phone.
